Flying out Sat 28th October and leaving Tuesday 7th November

I am very excited to bring you to Sri Lanka for the very first time. We will enjoy yoga sessions in the morning and evening, have a few ayurvedic talks with yours truly. 4 trips to cultural sites and you even get to try some ayurvedic treatments with the resident ayurvedic doctor.

The theme for our flow yoga sessions and talks is on ayurveda, the five elements and creating balance (in our yoga practise and in life!). Talks on introduction to ayurveda, the basics and how we can use ayurveda in yoga and to support our diet, health and wellbeing.

But you will have plenty of time to relax and join the included sightseeing.

Jim’s Farm Villas is delighted to offer you an amazing, luxury 10-day Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Ayurvedic Spa Break on our organic spice farm in the lush heart of Sri Lanka, for £795 per person including four visits to the major Cultural Triangle sites.

Whether you are a Yoga beginner with an open mind (classes can be dynamic) wanting to improve your flexibility and general fitness, or an advanced Yoga student looking to deepen your practice, our highly qualified Yoga teacher, Anja Brierley Lange, can meet each individual’s needs. You will learn relaxation and breathing techniques to help reduce your stress levels, and you will leave Jim’s Farm feeling calmer, fitter and more energised, in both body and mind.

Yoga is for everyone; it is not competitive, and you practice and develop at your own pace. The classes will be held in our shaded Yoga Pavilion, with breath-taking views, surrounded by nature. Anja is a fully certified Yoga Teacher E-RYT500/RPYT and also has a BSc degree, plus post-graduate diploma in Ayurveda.
