These are some resources I use, practise in and on and thought that you might like to know about. I only recommend products and people I know, trust and like. Some happen to be associates, friends and even affiliates, and some (not all) offer a special discount for you (usually on full price or current collections only).
If you would like me to review or write a blog about your product please contact me on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Pregnancy and Postnatal Resources
You will soon be able to practise with me online both during and after your pregnancy. More details to follow.
Fittamamma offers specific exercise outfits for the pregnant body. Use code ADR014 for a 10% discount. Two companies I really like Wellicious and Omnitom (both offering you a discount) are also promoting some of their clothes to fit pregnant women.

Wonderful oils and fragrances
Yogandha offers some amazing herbal and aromatic oils to use as massage oils or ‘roll on’ fragrance and aromatherapy treatment. Use the code ‘yogaembodied’ to receive a 10% discount.
If you prefer to mix your own I can recommend Neal’s Yard Remedies and Fushi for pure essential oils and base oils. Most are certified organic or wild-crafted. They also offer skin and bodycare, flower remedies and herbs.

If you happen to go to India you can get some amazing very cheap ayurvedic products (some are sadly not available in the UK or Europe any longer).
Pukka Herbs is a UK company founded by an ayurvedic practitioner and have some excellent often organic herbs. You can also check out Fushi for ayurvedic and Western inspired herbs and supplements. Again much is organic. For Western herbs and supplements including homeopathy and flower remedies I recommend Neal’s Yard Remedies and if you are in Streatham Maitri’s Health Food shop where they can also personalise herbal teas and blends for you.
What to wear?
There are many options and you have to try out what you feel comfortable moving in. I am proud to be ambassador for Wellicious ethical yoga wear for yogis and yoginis. Materials are often organic or recycled product turned into fabric.

Practicing on the earth is beautiful but floors can be hard and dirty! Best tip is to try out different mats with different grip (non-slip), texture and thickness. For travel I use the Manduka travel mat (very thin and light). At home I use the Liforme mat which has a good thickness and is non-slip. They kindly offer a discount (currently £5 off) when you use promo code ANJABL15.
