Pregnancy Yoga aims to encourage women to create strength, flexibility and relaxation – physically, mentally and emotionally. In the journey to otherhood, during pregnancy and postnatal recovery, yoga can support a woman to listen to her body’s intelligence and during pregnancy connect with her baby. Expect physical postures influenced by Vinyasa Flow Yoga, breath awareness and relaxation.

Anja has had an interest in yoga for twenty years, and been teaching since 2005. She has been fortunate to train in different styles of yoga with a variety of high profile teachers.
Her particular expertise is in Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga. She enjoys working with women throughout their pregnancy and during their postnatal recovery. She has been blessed to witness the remarkable transformation of women regardless of their previous yoga experience.
Anja’s classes are fun, warm, nurturing, supportive, and creative. She plays particular attention to structure and alignment, encouraging women to feel empowered during this time of transformation.
Anja is a 500 hours Registered Yoga Teacher with The Yoga Alliance UK, E-RYT 200® and RPYT with Yoga Alliance US and has a BSc and PGDip in Ayurveda. She is currently writing, co-creating and tutoring YogaLondon’s Pregnancy Teacher Training Course.
