Whether you prefer the privacy of a private session, recovering from specific injuries, working on specific postures, a private yoga session offers you a specialised and individualised practise.
As a qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner (B.Sc, PGDip) Anja can incorporate ayurvedic principles into your your unique treatment plan. Diet and lifestyle advice from an Ayurvedic perspective can also be part of your well-being programme.
