I see Anja’s classes as a real sanctuary to look forward to after a day at work/commute home and the regular Sunday workshops and week-long morning classes are excellent for those who want to learn more. Physically I can feel my body getting stronger and fitter since taking the classes and I can honestly say I feel more rejuvenated outside the class in daily life as well. No yoga Thursday the 16th of February – many apologies
The yoga classes are inspiring and safe with attention to correct alignment, flowing dynamic movements and exploring the physical body and breath (pranayama). Classes include a final relaxation and some meditation.
Traditional yogic scriptures, ayurvedic knowledge and contemporary spiritual texts inspires the creative sequencing of the class to challenge your mind as well as your body!
Options of modifications and variations of postures are given during the class to suit both new yogis and more experienced. Everyone is different and we all have individual challenges in our practice.
Come and be prepared to move, be challenged, sweat a little, stretch, laugh and relax!
