Chill out, restore and relax

In this one hour yoga session we will focus on restoring and relax our nervous system.

A one-off yoga session to truly relax and rejuvenate. You will need plenty of props such as blankets and cushions.

If you have blocks, bolsters and belts please have them ready too or create alternatives using books with a cover of blankets, rolled up blankets/towels for a bolster and a scarf instead of a belt.

Be near a wall space (or chair).
