Upside down, core fire and handstand play
In this one hour yoga session we will focus on core stability, upper body and handstand preps.
A one-off yoga session to focus on playing around with handstand. We will move through a yoga flow leading to handstand practice against a wall space before winding down and stretching out.
Be near a wall space for handstand practise.
