In this workshop, we explore if you even should be doing Kegels, and we learn different ways to connect not just to the pelvic floor but to the sacredness of your whole pelvic bowl and yoni power.

Women who experiencing leakage or problems before or after childbirth

What you learn

Learn the basic  anatomy of the pelvis and pelvic floor

Get to know where you have tension, lack of stability or lack of connection.

Practical exercises to relax, reconnect and strengthen the pelvic floor

Meditation to connect energetically with your sacred pelvis and the pelvic organs
