In this live class recorded at lunch time on a sunny day we enjoy a grounded flow.
You can use a block if you like and we finish with legs against the wall – or alternatively in Shavasana.
The element of Earth is connected to being grounded, stable, feeling secure and trust. Our physical connection is the feet touching the floor (or even better the actual Earth) as well as the pelvis, pelvic floor and hips.
It’s our structure and support; muscles, flesh and alignment. We enjoy a flow which connects us to our legs and hips.
Getting strong, stable and grounded in our standing poses before setting closer to the earth to relax, let go and simply breathe. Enjoy and let me know how you get on!
