I’m still relatively new to yoga and struggled to find a vinyasa class that was was the right level and pace. I absolutely love Anjas Thursday class, I look forward to it as I know it’s time I will completely relax and unwind. I have also enjoyed learning about different energies and lunar cycles, would definitely recommend.

Flow yoga 

The yoga classes are inspiring and safe with the attention to correct alignment, flowing dynamic movements and exploring the physical body and breath (pranayama). Classes include a final relaxation and some meditation. When not in lockdown Anja is teaching regular classes in Brighton, Worthing and Streatham. For now, join online!

Traditional yogic scriptures, ayurvedic knowledge and contemporary spiritual texts inspire the creative sequencing of the class to challenge your mind as well as your body!

Options of modifications and variations of postures are given during the class to suit both new yogis and more experienced. Everyone is different and we all have individual challenges in our practice.

Come and be prepared to move, be challenged, sweat a little, stretch, laugh and relax!

shakti flow yoga

Embracing the feminine cyclical flow. This is NOT a pregnancy yoga class however it is open for all levels including pregnant yoginis with an established yoga practice and no pregnancy-related physical concerns are very welcome⁣. If you are used to coming to my classes and also pregnant you are welcome. I do recommend also joining the prenatal classes (join the membership to access a library of classes) so you can adapt when needed.
