Yoga for menstrual health
A yoga class focusing on menstrual and womb health. Our body and hormones change through the menstrual cycle.
In these classes we explore how to work with the menstrual cycle and awareness of the womb. It’s a flow class for feminine health.
Open to everybody who have a cycle including those who are in perimenopause and for those who want to continue their womb and cyclical awareness post menopause.

Yoga for Pelvic Health
In this class, we focus on awareness of the pelvis and pelvis floor through yoga movement, flow and breath.
Whether you experience excess tightness or a weak pelvic floor, exploring to connect with the pelvic floor after pregnancy and birth, have prolapse, incontinence or perhaps have complaints around the pelvic joints such as sacroiliac pain or pelvic girdle pain.
It’s a regular hatha yoga flow with attention to the sacred pelvis and pelvic floor.

Postnatal yoga
Postnatal yoga focuses on the healing and recovery for the new parent. We learn to reconnect to the pelvis and pelvic floor. Create deep core stability as well as release the tensions and strains from pregnancy, birth and adjusting to having a new baby/babies.
The yoga session provides a much-needed opportunity to nurture the new mum – physically, mentally and emotionally.
It is also a welcoming accepting space where all new mum and babies are welcome.
The class is for parents and babies (6 weeks after birth/8 if c-section – please check that you are healed and ready to go with your GP) until crawling. Please provide own blanket/toys for baby/babies
