In your personalised yoga program, we prescribe simple but effective shifts in your daily routine, breath awareness, relaxation and movement (yoga-inspired) we can support your nervous system and harmonise hormones.

Over 8 weeks I will support you with weekly Zoom videos, creating personalised yoga, breath or yoga nidra videos to implement in your daily routine easily. These will be updated through our time together. This is why we commit for 8 weeks of bespoke yoga coaching. To implement new routines and adapt to your changing body.

How does it work

How will it work?

Initial appointment: We discuss your goals. Whether it’s a better night’s sleep, getting deeper into certain yoga poses gaining strength or flexibility, supporting your pelvic floor, manage moods or hormonal changes. 

We check in on your medical history and current health condition. Covering both physical and emotional wellbeing. We will then meet weekly on Zoom video for 45-60 minutes. (A total of 8 weeks).

You will receive:

  • your notes

  • personalised videos to practise and implement at home in a way to suit your life (this could be yoga sequence, breathing or yoga nidra).

  • ayurvedic recommendations

  • homework sheets and other support where appropriate such as links and resources

  • Ongoing support (within reason) via email or voxer between sessions

Following 6 appointments

  • we tailor each week to your specific needs

  • review of the previous week and questions 

  • continuous evaluation of progress and changes

  • discuss adjustments to home yoga practice tailoring to your specific needs

  • go through a personalised yoga practice/meditation/breath to fine-tune or adjust if appropriate 

  • you will receive updated videos, homework sheets, ayurvedic and other support where appropriate such as links and resources.

The final session (8th Zoom video call)

review and evaluate the past 8 weeks. Plan on how to keep implementing the shifts and improvements in your life.

Investment + details

The investment for a full 8 weeks of Zoom video calls, weekly recorded videos personalised to your situation with yoga/movement, breathing/yoga nidra and other resources and articles is £1200 paid in advance to confirm your appointments.

Personalised yoga

We are all unique and individual and need different things at different times. That’s why yoga was originally taught 1:1

In our personalised 1:1 program we look at your situation and what you need from your practice.

Having taught yoga for 18 years, worked as a massage therapist even longer and as an experienced āyurvedic practitioner (BSc, PGDip) I work with an āyurvedic approach looking at you as an individual, your situation and your environment.

That’s what’s missing from your regular yoga classes or YouTube videos.

FAQs

  • Our session are via zoom so you need a laptop or tablet which has a camera so I can see you too. It’s online and you want a stable internet connection

    A space to practice.

    I like using yoga props. They are a great investment for both restorative and dynamic yoga. But it’s not necessary. However, you may want a yoga mat or feel comfortable and stable moving, standing, sitting and lying down in the space you are in for our potential yoga practises together.

  • We can focus on the yoga aspect and use the session for one-to-one yoga with recommendations/videos for your home practice.

  • This is the perfect introduction to yoga as it’s for you and your body. You’ll get individualised support and adjustment for you. An excellent foundation if you choose to take your yoga into public classes and certainly for your home practice.

  • Having personalised yoga is perfect when navigating injuries or certain medical conditions as we can adjust the practice to your body’s needs. It also mean we can focus on creating rehabilitation around the injury or focusing on supporting any medical conditions. Please speak to your medical provider/consultant/surgeon before we start our yoga program.

  • This is such a special time of change and transformation. Both yoga and especially ayurveda are excellent to support you through this physical and emotional change. I have several years experience teaching pregnancy and postnatal yoga - as well as teaching other teacher to safely teach prenatal yoga too!

  • I use ayurvedic wisdom as my foundation for recommendations. I might suggest certain changes but this program is not focused on diet or nutrition. You won’t get any meal plans or specific recipes. You are equally welcome whether you are a carnivore or vegan (ayurveda is not vegetarian!).

  • I recommend you have a yoga mat and highly recommend: brick blocks, a yoga belt and potentially a bolster.

    Any ayurvedic supplements are at your own cost.
